Technical Capabilities:

HFIW Integrity: We utilize High-Frequency Induction Welding to create forged-strength bonds without filler metals, ensuring weld seams match the parent material’s mechanical properties.
Automated Scarfing: Real-time Inside & Outside Scarfing removes excess weld beads, delivering the seamless finish required for fluid transport and architectural aesthetics.
Dimensional Accuracy: Integrated Turkey’s Head Straighteners and Flying Cold Saws ensure every section meets strict international tolerances for straightness and burr-free, precision-cut lengths.

Output: Circular (CHS), Square (SHS), and Rectangular (RHS) Hollow Sections.

Shafting Bar Bench: Utilizing specialized drawing benches, we process solid bars to a mirror finish. This ensures extreme diameter accuracy and increased tensile strength for high-performance shafts.
Surface Finishing: Integrated polishing units deliver the “Bright Finish” required for precision machining and friction-sensitive applications.
